Alecia Beth Moore Hart, known professionally as Pink, is an American singer, songwriter and actress. During her teens, Pink was a member of the girl group Choice. Her first solo studio album, Can't Take Me Home (2000), was certified double-platinum in the United States. The R&B-influenced album spawned two Billboard Hot 100 top-ten songs: "There You Go" and "Most Girls". Pink gained further recognition with the collaborative single "Lady Marmalade" from the Moulin Rouge! soundtrack, which topped many charts worldwide. Pink refocused her sound to pop rock with her second studio album, Missundaztood (2001). The album sold more than 13 million copies worldwide and yielded the international hit songs "Get the Party Started", "Don't Let Me Get Me", and "Just Like a Pill".
Twisted Sister is an American heavy metal band formed in 1972, originally from Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, and later based on Long Island, New York. Stay Hungry is the third studio album by American heavy metal band Twisted Sister. Released on May 10, 1984, the album includes the band's two most well-known songs, "We're Not Gonna Take It" and "I Wanna Rock". According to RIAA certification, Stay Hungry is the band's most successful album by far and the only certified platinum. Eventually the album gained multi-platinum status with U.S. sales of more than 3,000,000 copies by 1995.
Wavelength is the tenth studio album by Northern Irish singer-songwriter Van Morrison, and was released in the autumn of 1978. The album has a different musical sound from his previous albums, leaning towards a pop rock sound with prominent electric guitars and synthesizers.
