Ihor Dziuba (born 1983) is a Ukrainian long track speed skater who participates in international competitions.

Sayuri Osuga is a Japanese speed skater and cyclist. She is one of the few athletes who started both in the Winter Games 2002 and 2006 and in the 2004 Summer Games. Until 2006, she was a member of the professional Sankyoseiki speedskating team. She placed first and third in the Speedskating World Cup. She holds the Japanese records in the 500 m speed skating and the 500 m time trial event. From 2006 to 2011, she was sponsored by the construction company Daiwa House Industries Co. Ltd. She retired in 2011.

Mari Hemmer is a Norwegian long-track speed skater, with particular strength in the longer distances 3000 m and 5000 m. She is the Norwegian Allround Champion for 2005, 2007, 2008, 2010, the Norwegian Sprint Champion for 2005, 2009, 2010, and has also won numerous gold, silver, and bronze medals from national championships at single distances. Along with fellow skaters Maren Haugli and Hege Bøkko, Hemmer has in recent years represented Norway at the European Championships, the World Allround Championships and the World Single Distance Championships, as well as in the World Cup. Hemmer is the holder of the current Norwegian record on 10000 m.

In 2000, he came 4th at the European U18 Chess Championship played in Chalkidiki and in 2001, he came 5th at the European U20 Championship in Patras.
