Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (DS9) is an American science fiction television series created by Rick Berman and Michael Piller. It originally aired from January 1993 to June 1999, in syndication, spanning 176 episodes over seven seasons. The fourth series in the Star Trek franchise, it served as the third sequel to Star Trek: The Original Series. Set in the 24th century, when Earth is part of a United Federation of Planets, its narrative is centered on the eponymous space station Deep Space Nine, located adjacent to a wormhole connecting Federation territory to the Gamma Quadrant on the far side of the Milky Way galaxy.

Dukat is a fictional character from the television series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. A member of the fictional Cardassian species, he is introduced as the former overseer of the series' namesake space station but goes on to become the leader of his species' governing body, the Cardassian Union. At times an enemy while at others an ally of Benjamin Sisko, Dukat appears in 35 of the series' 176 episodes. He was portrayed by Marc Alaimo throughout. Dukat became a fan favorite among Star Trek fans and he is widely considered to be one of the most iconic villains in the Star Trek franchise.
The Breen are a fictional extraterrestrial species featured in the Star Trek science fiction franchise. They were first mentioned in "The Loss", a fourth-season episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation which first aired in 1990. References to them were made in several other Next Generation episodes, but they did not appear until the 1996 fourth season Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Indiscretion". On Deep Space Nine, they played a significant role in the final story arc of the series in 1999, during which much information about them was revealed. The Breen's true appearance remains unknown to viewers, as they have never been without their helmets.

He is also known for his voice work as General Skarr and Stomach in Grim & Evil, Evil Con Carne, and The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Dr. Achilles Milo in Justice League Unlimited and reprised the role in the 2016 video game Batman: Arkham Underworld, Prof. Mark Haley and Ace Morgan, The Calculator, The Psycho Pirate and The Second Red Lantern Guardian in Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Raanu in Bionicle: The Legend Reborn, Zilius Zox in Justice League Action, Doctor Nefarious in the Ratchet & Clank series, The Innkeeper, Abbot Song and Emperor Sun Hai in the 2005 video game Jade Empire and Andrew Ryan from BioShock. He also voiced various characters such as Dr. Henry, the Nightmare Alien, Mr. Murphy, The Waiter, A Gopher Person, The Third Zingo, Buttonwillow and Guys 1 and 3 in the Cartoon Network animated series Regular Show.
