Plot

Balachandra Menon (Sai Kumar) is a professor who has chosen to remain a bachelor. He has nothing against women and nurtures the picture of an ideal partner in his mind.

His friends and well-wishers want him to marry before his retirement. Menon is about to retired and meets Priyamvada (Praveena) and marries her. Rahul (Vinu Mohan), Menon's nephew, stays with him and the relationship that develops between him and Priyamvada makes Menon suspicious and creates problems in Menon's married life.

The film has been directed and written by Kabeer Rowther and produced by Sainudeen under the banner of Sain and Sons. Cinematography is by Ramachandra Babu and Beena Paul is in charge of the editing.

Mohan Sithara composed the music for the lines of Bichu Thirumala and Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri.
