Inside the Dub Plates is the fourth studio album by New Zealand dub group Salmonella Dub, released in 2001. Salmonella Dub employed their old engineer David Wernham (currently with Shihad) to record all their live instrumentation on this album as well as Paddy Free to co-produce.
Salmonella Dub is a dub/drum n bass/reggae/roots band from New Zealand. The band was formed in 1992 by Andrew Penman, Dave Deakins, and Mark Tyler. The band has toured extensively throughout New Zealand, Australia, and Europe, including the UK and Ireland.

His debut album, Past, Present, Future, was released on 22 October 2007 in New Zealand and has since gone two times platinum, achieving a number one single, "Always on My Mind", which became the first digital single to reach platinum sales and also held the record by staying in the NZ Top 40 Charts for 55 weeks. Feel the Seasons Change – Live with the NZSO is the first live album released by the New Zealand dub band Salmonella Dub. The album was recorded live with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra (NZSO) during their 'Feel The Seasons Change' tour and also included special guests such as Whirimako Black, Richard Nunns and Paddy Free. The tour had four shows around New Zealand, in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Nelson; but the live album only took songs from the Auckland and Christchurch performances.
