The International League of Esperantist Radio Amateurs (Esperanto : Internacia Ligo de Esperantistaj Radioamatoroj, ILERA). It was founded in 1970. It organizes radio programs in Esperanto and publishes the ILERA bulletin.
Likely frequencies for Esperanto conversations on the air are 1866, 3766, 7066, 14266, 28766 kHz for Voice (SSB), and 3640, 14166, 28266 kHz for CW, generally on weekends, according to Net Schedules published on the ILERA web site.

Esperanto is written in a Latin-script alphabet of twenty-eight letters, with upper and lower case. Zamenhof, declared a principle of "one letter, one sound", though this is a general rather than strict guideline.
The World Esperanto Congress is an annual Esperanto convention. It has the longest tradition among international Esperanto conventions, with an almost unbroken run for 113 years. The congresses have been held since 1905 every year, except during World War I, World War II, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the 1920s, the Universal Esperanto Association has been organizing these congresses.
