Jayhawk Radio Network

The Jayhawk Radio Network is a network of radio stations in Kansas that divert from their regular programming to broadcast men's football and basketball games of the University of Kansas. All stations cover the network broadcast, which begins 30 minutes prior to the game and ends approximately 30 minutes after the game, depending on various factors. Some stations also air the Crimson and Blue Line, a pregame show that begins one hour prior to the network broadcast program and runs until the network pregame begins.

KFEQ is a commercial AM radio station in St. Joseph, Missouri. It is owned by Eagle Communications and airs a news-talk-farm reports radio format. The studios and offices are on Country Lane in St. Joseph. KFEQ broadcasts at 5,000 watts using a directional antenna. The transmitter is on Miller Road, near Interstate 29 in St. Joseph. Due to the station's low frequency and 5,000 watts of power, it can be heard in Kansas City and Topeka during the day, and provides at least secondary coverage to portions of Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa. At night, four towers are used in a directional pattern to protect Class A clear-channel station KNBR in San Francisco. WAER is a radio station in Syracuse, New York. It is located on the campus of Syracuse University, and is an auxiliary service of the school. The station features a jazz music and National Public Radio format, with a news and music staff providing programming around the clock.
