Jewish Cemetery is a historic Jewish cemetery in Port Gibson, Mississippi.
The cemetery was established in 1871 by Louis Kiefer, Mayer Bock, and Moses Kaufman. [2] Members of the Jewish Cemetery of Port Gibson Association paid an annual fee of US$2.50. [3] They subsequently established a trust fund held by the Southern Mississippi Bank of Port Gibson. [3]
The cemetery has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since July 22, 1979. It was restored in 1986. Wakeham is a hamlet near the village of Easton, in Tophill on the Isle of Portland in Dorset, England. It is situated between the Straits part of Easton, and Pennsylvania Castle. As with the rest of Portland's villages and settlements, Wakeham has been designated as a conservation area, as it is a place of special architectural and historic interest. Easton, Wakeham and Reforne were designated pre-1974. The hamlet features a distinctively wide road running through it, once built to allow space for horse-drawn carts transporting stone by road. Many of Wakeham's older buildings of the 17th and 18th century survive.

The Hotel Congress is a federally-recognized historic building located in downtown Tucson. It was built in 1918 and designed by the Los Angeles architectural firm William and Alexander Curlett as part of an expansion of Congress Street and in conjunction with the theatrical venue Rialto Theatre, which sits north of Congress Street. The rear of the building faces the historic Amtrak Southern Pacific train station, built by Southern Pacific in 1907. In addition to being a hotel, the Hotel Congress building also houses a restaurant, bar and music venue. The name "The Congress Hotel" was chosen through a naming competition organized by the Arizona Daily Star newspaper in 1918. The winning suggestion was announced on April 30, 1918, and it was submitted by Dorit Dinkel, who won $15 worth of baby bonds for having their name chosen. The Hotel Congress and its owners since 1985, Richard Oseran and Shana Oseran, have been a key cultural institution and boosters in the early 21st Century redevelopment of Downtown Tucson.

John James McGill, Sr. was a Canadian professional ice hockey player who played 134 games in the National Hockey League with the Montreal Canadiens between 1934 and 1937. Prior to turning professional he spent several years in the Ottawa City Hockey League and Montreal City Hockey League. He was born in Ottawa, Ontario in 1909. He died in 1988 and was buried at Hutcheson Memorial Cemetery in Huntsville, Ontario.

Gordon Joseph Reid was a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played in one National Hockey League game for the New York Americans during the 1936–37 season, on December 29, 1936 against the New York Rangers. The rest of his career, which lasted from 1929 to 1944, was spent in the minor leagues.
Alfred Seaman was a professional Victorian and Edwardian photographer who ran a network of photographic portrait studios in the Midlands and North of England. He published a large series of stereoscopic photographs of Great Britain, Ireland and the Isle of Man. Alfred Seaman was born in Norfolk in 1844. He began his working life as a builder and took up photography as a hobby in the 1860s. He opened his first studio in Chesterfield Derbyshire in 1880 and subsequently ran studios in, Ilkeston, Alfreton, Matlock, Sheffield, Leeds, Newcastle, Liverpool, Hull and Brighton.

Easton Gardens is a public garden, located at Tophill, Isle of Portland, Dorset, England. It is found at Easton Square, the centre of Easton village. The gardens have remained a focal point since their opening in 1904 and have been awarded the Green Flag Award in recent years. St. John's Church is a Anglican Church of England church in Fortuneswell, on the Isle of Portland, Dorset. It was built between 1838–40 and has been a Listed Grade II building since January 1951. The churchyard walls, gate piers, railings, and steps of St. John's Church, dating from 1839–40, became Grade II Listed in September 1978. At this same time, two headstone monuments, about 5 metres north east from the west tower of the church became Grade II Listed.
Easton Methodist Church is a Methodist Church in Easton, on the Isle of Portland, Dorset, which was built in 1906–07. The church, along with its former manse and boundary walls, has been a Grade II* Listed since May 1993. Its church hall was formerly a Wesleyan school, dated 1878 on the porch. The school, with the boundary wall, was designated Grade II in May 1993. The church remains active to date, as part of the Portland Methodist Circuit – which involves two churches; Underhill Methodist Church and Easton Methodist Church.
The Pestonjee Bomanjee was a wooden sailing ship built in 1834 by James Lang of Dumbarton, Scotland. She was a three-masted wooden barque of 595 tons, 130 feet in length, 31.5 feet in breadth, first owned by John Miller Jnr and Company, Glasgow. Her last-known registered owner in 1861 was Patrick Keith & George Ross, Calcutta, India.
Conjurers Lodge is a former Methodist chapel and workshop on the Isle of Portland, Dorset, England. It is located on the corner of Clements Lane within the village of Chiswell. Established in 1816, the chapel was in use for a decade. The lodge has been Grade II Listed since 1993 and is described as a "rare surviving example of its kind" on the island.
