Jiří Fryš (born 11 March 1950) is a football manager. He led RH Znojmo for four years, seeing them advance from the Moravian–Silesian Football League (MSFL) to the Second League. [1] He led Dukla Prague during the 1992–93 Czechoslovak First League, taking over after 16 matches of the season from František Plass, with the club finishing the season in 14th place. [2] The following season saw Dukla start with six consecutive defeats, [3] which saw Fryš replaced by Dan Matuška. [2] He returned to Znojmo in 1993 and spent another five years with the club. [1] In 2001 Fryš left his position at FC Kyjov 1919 and shortly later started at SK Dolní Kounice in the MSFL. [4] He left Dolní Kounice in autumn 2002 and took over at LeRK Prostějov in 2003. [5]

Dukla Prague was a Czech football club from the city of Prague. Established in 1948 as ATK Praha, the club won a total of 11 Czechoslovak league titles and eight Czechoslovak Cups, and in the 1966–67 season, reached the semi-finals of the European Cup. As late as 1985–86 they reached the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup semi-final and they also made a great impact in the American Challenge Cup competition in New York City with four wins between 1961 and 1964. The club sent seven players to the silver medal winning Czechoslovakia national team in the 1962 World Cup, in a year which saw them win the fifth of their domestic league titles as well as their player Josef Masopust be named European Footballer of the Year. Between the start of the competition in 1955 and 1991, Dukla played more matches in the European Cup than any other team in Czechoslovakia.

Fryš led SK Sigma Olomouc in 2008 for the last three games of the 2007–08 Czech First League after the departure of Martin Pulpit. [3]

SK Sigma Olomouc is a Czech football club from the city of Olomouc. The club currently plays in the Czech First League, the first tier of Czech football.
