John Nava (born 1947) [1] is an American painter and tapestry designer. His most famous work is "The Communion of Saints", a series of tapestry panels in the interior of the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles. [2] [3]
Nava studied at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and went on to graduate study at the Villa Schifanoia Graduate School of Fine Art in Florence, Italy. [1] [4]
The Bayeux Tapestry is an embroidered cloth nearly 70 metres long and 50 centimetres tall that depicts the events leading up to the Norman Conquest of England in 1066, led by William, Duke of Normandy challenging Harold II, King of England, and culminating in the Battle of Hastings. It is thought to date to the 11th century, within a few years of the battle. Now widely accepted to have been made in England perhaps as a gift for William, it tells the story from the point of view of the conquering Normans and for centuries has been preserved in Normandy.

From 1991 to 2019, the three stations formed a same-channel trimulcast covering Southern California from Ventura to San Diego. As of December 31, 2019, KSSC in Ventura switched to José, reforming the trimulcast on 107.1.
