    Martin Roll is a Danish author, brand strategist and management consultant. Roll appears regularly in global television and print media. He holds an MBA from INSEAD where he is a Distinguished Fellow and an Entrepreneur in Residence. Roll's first book, Asian Brand Strategy, was named one of the "Best Business Books: Marketing" in 2006 by Strategy+Business magazine. He is the founder CEO of Martin Roll Company, an advisory firm based in Singapore. He advises Fortune 500 companies, Asian firms, family-owned businesses and also served as a senior advisor to McKinsey & Company.

    Jill Avery is a senior lecturer of business administration at Harvard Business School and an expert on customer relationship management. She is also a teacher and a designer teaching MBA courses. Avery co-authored the Harvard Business Review's tool Go To Market Tools. In the 2016–17 academic year, The Case Centre named Avery a top 40 bestselling case author. She graduated from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School.

    Henrik Cronqvist is the Robert J. and Carolyn A. Waltos Dean and Professor of Economics of the George L. Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University in Orange, California, a position he has held since August 2022. He previously served as a professor of finance, Bank of America scholar, and vice dean for faculty and research at the University of Miami School of Business, where he conducted interdisciplinary research and taught finance and management courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
