Joo Yea-na (born 5 February 1990) is a South Korean female professional volleyball player.
She was part of the team at the Asian Women's U19 Volleyball Championship, and 2011 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Cup. [1]
The Asian Women's U19 Volleyball Championship is an international volleyball competition in Asia and Oceania contested by the under 19 women's national teams of the members of Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC), the sport's continent governing body. Tournaments have been awarded every two years since 1980. The tournament doubled as the World Championship qualifiers, where the top 2 teams qualified for the FIVB Volleyball Women's U20 World Championship. The current champion is China, which won its twelfth title at the 2016 tournament.
The 2011 FIVB Women's World Cup was played from November 4 to November 18 in Japan. The tournament was the first step in the qualification process for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, United Kingdom. The top three teams qualified for the Olympics, and joined Great Britain as they had already secured a berth as the host country.
