Kalampunian Besar Island (Malay : Pulau Kalampunian Besar) is an island located in the West Coast of Sabah, Malaysia. This island is one of the Tiga Island National Park, along with the Kalampunian Damit Island and Tiga Island.

The Bunguran Islands are an archipelago in Riau Islands province, Indonesia, located in the Natuna Sea, the southern portion of the South China Sea. The archipelago forms the central part of the Natuna Regency, an archipelago of 272 islands in total, which is in turn included in the Tudjuh Archipelago, off the northwest coast of Borneo. The largest island of the archipelago is Bunguran or Pulau Natuna Besar, situated in the Middle Natuna Archipelago. The group covers a land area of 1,698.6 km2 and had a population of 52,013 at the 2010 Census. It is divided into nine districts (kecamatan) – seven of which are tabulated below from north to south with their areas and 2010 Census populations, plus the number of administrative villages within that district and the postcode:

Tiga Island Park was established in 1978, although the area has been under protection as a forest reserve since 1933. It is located north of Kuala Penyu, opposite the swampy Klias Peninsula, in Sabah, Malaysia.

Besar Island is an island approximately 13 km off the coast of mainland Malacca in Malaysia. It is served by private motorboats from the towns of Pernu and Umbai and scheduled ferries from Anjung Batu Jetty in Umbai.

The Segamat River is a river which flows within the District of Segamat, Johor, Malaysia which also flows through Segamat town center. The source of the river is at Gunung Besar which is located within Endau Rompin National Park and its confluence is at the Muar River.

Negeri Sembilan Malay is an Austronesian language spoken mainly in the Malaysian state of Negeri Sembilan and in northern Malacca in Alor Gajah. Konet Island is an islet located 100 metres off the shores of Telok Gong in Kuala Sungai Baru, Malacca, Malaysia. It is connected to the mainland by a tombolo and is accessible by foot at low tide. Similar to Besar Island and according to local legends, the island is also believed to be the home of the elves known as Orang bunian.
