Kiss & Love is a 2014 two-CD charity album by various French-language artists in favour of Sidaction, a major French public event that started in 1994 in France for raising awareness and collecting charitable funds for AIDS. It donates important sums to various AIDS charities, HIV/AIDS research, institutions specializing in medical care and social aid for those suffering of HIV/AIDS in France and internationally.
The collective title track "Kiss & Love" became the main single from the album.

Kyo is a French rock band with lead by Benoît Poher. The band was active from 1997 to 2005 with three albums Kyo (2000), Le Chemin (2003) and 300 Lésions (2004) and a string of singles. It announced a hiatus in 2005 without a definite break-up. In 2006, Kyo was involved in launching "L'Or de nos vies" written by Kyo and its lead singer Benoît Poher for the Fighting AIDS charity in 2006. Kyo had a comeback in 2013 with the album L'équilibre.

Sidaction is presided by Pierre Bergé and its vice-president is Line Renaud. After Bergé's death in September 2017, Françoise Barré-Sinoussi was assigned as new president.
