Kure Kura Ibn Abdullahi was a Mai of Kanem. He was killed in a battle with the Sao. He was one of the four sons of Abdullahi I killed in the Sao wars.

His progeny has lasted over two centuries reigning as Muslim rulers of the ancient city-state of Kano. The Garowe attack was a bombing of a UN van in Garowe, Puntland, Somalia. Between 7 and 10 people were killed, including the attacker and four UNICEF workers.
