Kushabhau Thakre Marg commonly known as MR-10 is a by-pass road that connects Agra - Mumbai National Highway with Indore - Ujjain Road and Indore Airport. Kushabhau Thakre Marg is one of the busiest roads of the city of Indore and has become a new hub in the city. [1] [2] [3]

Kushabhau Thakre Patrakarita Avam Jansanchar Vishwavidyalaya, also Kushabhau Thakre University of Journalism and Mass Communication (KTUJM), is a journalism and mass communication university located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The University established by Government of Chhattisgarh vide Act no 24 of 2004. Former Prime Minister a visionary statesman and a dedicated journalist Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee inaugurated the University on April 16, 2005 at Raipur amidst the greasing of eminent journalist, educationalist, literature, social workers and senior politicians. The university is named after Late Sri Kushabhau Thakre who was one of the great political leaders of the country. Foundation day is celebrated on 16 April every year.

The Indore BRTS or Ahilya Path Designed by Resident Engineer Shrilal Prasad NiralaTeam Leader of TCPL Indore is the bus rapid transit system for the city of Indore, Madhya Pradesh by AICTSL also called i-Bus(Intelligent Bus), became operational from 10 May 2013. The Indore BRTS project started in 2007 under the Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM). It involves the participation of the Governments of India and Madhya Pradesh, and the World Bank.

Bharatmala Indian project

Bharatmala Pariyojana is a centrally-sponsored and funded road and highways project of the Government of India. The total investment for 83,677 km (51,994 mi) committed new highways is estimated at 5.35 lakh crore (US$74 billion), making it the single largest outlay for a government road construction scheme. The project will build highways from Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana and then cover the entire string of Himalayan states - Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand - and then portions of borders of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar alongside Terai, and move to West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, and right up to the Indo-Myanmar border in Manipur and Mizoram. Special emphasis will be given on providing connectivity to far-flung border and rural areas including the tribal and backward areas. Bharatmala will connect 550 district headquarters to minimum 4-lane highway by raising the number of corridors to 50 and move 80% freight traffic to national highways by connecting 24 logistics parks, 66 inter-corridors (IC) of total 8,000 km (5,000 mi), 116 feeder routes (FR) of total 7,500 km (4,700 mi) and 7 north east multimodal waterway ports.

The Kushabhau Thakre Inter-state bus terminus also known as Bhopal ISBT or ISBT, located in Bhopal is the newest Inter State Bus Terminals inaugurated on 1 November 2010 in central India. It operates bus services between Bhopal and many cities in India.
