Let's Dance 2021 is the sixteenth season of the Swedish celebrity dancing show Let's Dance. [1] The season premiered on 20 March 2021 and ended on 15 May 2021, and broadcast on TV4. New presenters for this season are Petra Mede and David Lindgren. [2]
Singer Carola Häggkvist was the first celebrity contestant to be announced on 18 February. [3] On 27 April, Carola Häggkvist decided to quit the show, citing health concerns as a reason. [4] On 28 April, TV4 announced that Keyyo who was eliminated on 24 April, would return to replace Carola Häggkvist. [5]

Carola Maria Häggkvist, commonly known simply as Carola, is a Swedish pop singer. She has been among Sweden's most popular performers since the early 1980s and has released albums ranging from pop and disco to hymns and folk music. Her debut album, Främling (1983), sold around one million copies and remains the biggest-selling album in Swedish music history. She has also worked as a songwriter. During her career, she has recorded many top-selling albums and singles and is referred to as Sweden's most prominent female singer. Some of her biggest hits are "Främling", "Tommy tycker om mig", "Fångad av en stormvind", "All the Reasons to Live", "I Believe in Love", "Genom allt", and "Evighet". She has released records in various languages: Swedish, Dutch, German, English, Norwegian and Japanese.
Petra Maria Mede is a Swedish comedian, dancer, actress and television presenter. Mede is known for her several roles in comic shows and as a television presenter, and is best known outside of Sweden for hosting the Eurovision Song Contest in 2013 and 2016, as well as co-hosting Eurovision Song Contest's Greatest Hits in 2015. She is set to host the Eurovision Song Contest for a third time in 2024.

Let's Dance – Kids is a German children's dance competition television series that premiered on April 9, 2021, on the premium sector TVNOW and on the television channel RTL, which premiered on May 16, 2021. It is a spin-off of the Let's Dance series and based on the American version Dancing with the Stars: Juniors. The format of the show features celebrity children paired with professional junior ballroom dancers and mentored by an adult professional dancer. The couples compete against each other by performing choreographed dance routines in front of a panel of judges.
