The following is a list of Boston College Eagles men's basketball head coaches. The Eagles have had 17 head coaches in their 89-season history. [1]

Boston College's current head coach is Earl Grant. He was hired in March 2021, [2] replacing Scott Spinelli, who served as interim head coach after the Eagles fired Jim Christian a month earlier. [3]

Stephen Christopher Spagnuolo is an American football coach who is the defensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). He rejoined Andy Reid in 2019 after being a defensive assistant with him from 1999 to 2006 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He has coached four top-ten defenses as a defensive coordinator in terms of yardage. He has won four Super Bowls as defensive coordinator, one with the New York Giants and three with the Kansas City Chiefs, making him the only coordinator in NFL history to win a Super Bowl with two different franchises. Some historic defenses that Spagnuolo has coached throughout his career include the 2007 New York Giants defense and the 2023 Kansas City Chiefs defense.

The Boston College Eagles are a Division I college basketball program that represents Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, United States. Grant also served as an assistant coach at The Citadel.

In a season limited due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Eagles finished the season 4–16, 2–11 in ACC play to finish in last place. They lost to Duke in the first round of the ACC tournament.

The 2021–22 Atlantic Coast Conference men's basketball season began with practices in October 2021, followed by the start of the 2021–22 NCAA Division I men's basketball season in November. Conference play began in December 2021 and concluded March 8–12, 2022, with the 2022 ACC men's basketball tournament at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. This was the 68th season of Atlantic Coast Conference basketball.
