The following is a list of Elon Phoenix men's basketball head coaches. There have been 19 head coaches of the Phoenix in their 114-season history. [1]

Elon's current head coach is Billy Taylor. He was hired as the Phoenix's head coach in April 2022, [2] replacing Mike Schrage, who resigned after the 2021–22 season to join the staff at Duke. [3]

    The Elon Phoenix men's soccer team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Elon University located in Elon, North Carolina. The team is a member of the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA), which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I.

    Greg Herenda is an American basketball coach and former player. He is currently an assistant coach at Elon. He is the former head coach of the Fairleigh Dickinson Knights men's basketball team. and previously served as the head coach at UMass Lowell.

    Rich Skrosky is an American college football coach and former player who is currently a senior analyst for Duke. He was hired as head football coach at Elon University for the 2014 season. Skrosky served as an assistant coach at Elon under Pete Lembo from 2006 to 2010. Lembo's tenure brought new success to Elon's football program, which made its first FCS playoff appearance in 2009. Lembo was hired as head coach at Ball State University after the 2010 season. Skrosky joined Lembo's staff as offensive coordinator.

The first tournament was the 2K Sports Classic and the season concluded with the Final Four in Minneapolis on April 8, 2019. Practices officially began on September 28, 2018. The season saw Zion Williamson dominate Player of the Year honors and media attention, while Virginia won its first NCAA Championship. The NCAA Championship Game between Virginia and Texas Tech would mark the final NCAA game with a 20-foot 9 inch three-point shot line, as it moved out to the FIBA standard of 22 feet and 2 inches the following year.
