The following is a list of Monmouth Hawks men's basketball head coaches. There have been six head coaches of the Hawks in their 67-season history. ^[1]

Monmouth's current head coach is King Rice. He was hired as the Hawks' head coach in March 2011, ^[2] replacing Dave Calloway, who resigned after the 2010–11 season. ^[3]

1. Kornegay resigned on December 19, 1986. Ron Krayl served as interim head coach for the remainder of the 1986–87 season. ^[4]
2. Szoke resigned on January 18, 1998. Dave Calloway served as interim head coach for the remainder of the 1997–98 season. ^[5]
3. After serving as interim head coach for the end of the 1997–98 season, Calloway was named permanent head coach in February 1998. ^[6]
