National Unity was a Peruvian center-right, mainly a Christian democratic electoral alliance.
The 1993 Copa América was the 36th Copa América, CONMEBOL's football tournament for national teams. It was held in Ecuador between 15 June and 4 July. All 10 CONMEBOL members took part, but for the first time two nations from outside CONMEBOL were invited to take part in the tournament, to round out the format. Mexico and the United States, both of CONCACAF, were the invited teams for this tournament. Argentina defeated Mexico in the final 2–1 to win their record 14th continental championship, also their last senior title until 2021.
The Christian People's Party is a centre-right and conservative political party based on the principles of Christian democracy. It was founded in 1966 by Christian Democratic Party dissidents, led by Luis Bedoya Reyes, at the time mayor of Lima.
The district of La Victoria is one of the forty-three districts that make up the province of Lima, located in Peru. It borders to the north and northeast with the district of Lima, to the east with the district of San Luis, to the southeast with the district of San Borja, to the south with the district of San Isidro, and to the west with the district of Lince and again with the Lima district. La Victoria is a historical and very busy public district located in downtown Lima. The current mayor of La Victoria is Rubén Dioscorides Andrés Cano Altez.
San Borja is a district of the Lima Province in Peru, and one of the upscale districts that comprise the city of Lima. Originally part of the district of Surquillo and San Isidro, it became officially established as a separate district on June 1, 1983. The new district took its name from a former hacienda (estate) which dominated the area. The district's postal code is 41. The current mayor (alcalde) is Marco Antonio Álvarez Vargas.

Luis Fernán Bedoya Reyes was a Peruvian Christian Democrat (PDC) and Christian People's Party (PPC) politician who served as the Mayor of Lima from 1964 to 1969. He was also a Minister of Justice, member of the Peruvian Congress, and ran unsuccessfully for the Peruvian presidency two times. He was the founder of the Christian People's Party (PPC). He was the father of Javier Bedoya, a former congressman and deputy, and Luis Bedoya de Vivanco, former mayor of Miraflores.
La Intrusa is a Mexican telenovela produced by Ignacio Sada for Televisa in 2001. It is a remake of the Venezuela telenovela Valentina, produced in 1975. It stars Gabriela Spanic, Arturo Peniche, Laura Zapata, Chantal Andere, Sergio Sendel, Karla Álvarez, Dominika Paleta and Guillermo García Cantú.
The National Prize for Arts and Sciences is awarded annually by the Government of Mexico in six categories. It is part of the Mexican Honours System and was established in 1945. The prize is a gold medal and 520,000 pesos.

The Constituent Assembly was the tenth Constituent Assembly of Peru, convened by the government of General Francisco Morales Bermudez to facilitate the return of democracy following a decade of the self-styled Revolutionary Government of the Armed Forces. It was settled on 28 July 1978 and was led by Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre, historical leader of the American Popular Revolutionary Alliance. Its main mission was to develop a new constitution replacing the old 1933 Constitution. This new Constitution was enacted and promulgated on 12 July 1979, and entered into force on 28 July 1980, on the opening of the constitutional government of the architect Fernando Belaúnde Terry. It was replaced 14 years later by the 1993 Constitution.
