The Myanmar Baptist Convention is a Baptist Christian denomination in Myanmar. It is affiliated with the Baptist World Alliance and the World Council of Churches. The headquarters is in Yangon.

Faith Baptist Bible College & Theological Seminary is a private non-denominational Protestant college and seminary in Myanmar. Faith Baptist Bible College is located in Tedim, Chin State, Burma and Faith Baptist Theological Seminary is located in Yangon, Myanmar. The college and seminary was founded in 1986 by Dr Do Suan Mung. The two schools offer bachelor's, and master's degrees related to theology.

Lairawn Baptist Association

Lairawn Baptist Association(LBA) is the organization of 65 Baptist churches throughout Kalay Valley, Sagaing Division, Myanmar. The majority of the Burmese population is made of profess Theravada Buddhism and only 6% practices Christianity, with two-thirds of them being considered Protestant. Almost half of these Protestants are Baptist. The LBA mainly serves the Chin people who speak Falam dialect. It is one of the twenty eight associations of Chin Baptist Convention which is under the umbrella of Myanmar Baptist Convention (MBC). As of 2015, the association has 78 pastors and 21305 members. The association is divided into 12 areas and each area has their own by-law and constitution, but they work together with each other in unity in the context of LBA, encouraging and resourcing each other. The motto is Pitlin Lam Pan.

Chin Baptist Convention

Chin Baptist Convention, Myanmar was established in 1953 and located in Falam, Chin State, Myanmar. Today, the Chin Baptist Convention is the largest organization in Chin State consisting of 28 Associations and is also the second largest member body of the Myanmar Baptist Convention after the Karen Baptist Convention.

The Asia Graduate School of Theology (AGST) is a consortium of evangelical theological seminaries. It was established by Asia Theological Association in 1984, and consists of three bodies: AGST Japan, AGST Philippines, and AGST Alliance.

Myanmar Union Adventist Seminary

Myanmar Union Adventist Seminary is a private Christian college located in Mosokwin Road, Myaungmya, about 137 miles (220 km) west of Yangon, the Yangon International Airport of Myanmar. The 56.00 acre estate and the site of the campus provide a conductive environment to learning and mediation. It is the only tertiary education institution serving Myanmar Union Mission. It is a part of the Seventh-day Adventist education system, the world's second largest Christian school system.
