Binaca Geetmala was broadcast on Radio Ceylon from 1952 to 1988 and then shifted to the Vividh Bharati Service of All India Radio network in 1989 where it ran until 1994. Mohammed Aziz, also known as Munna, was an Indian multilingual playback singer who primarily sang for the Bollywood, Odia films, Bengali. He sang about twenty thousand songs, including Bhajans, Sufi devotional songs and other genres in more than ten different Indian languages. Made in India is an Indi-pop album by Alisha Chinai, with production by Biddu, released in 1995. It was the first album by an Indian pop (Indipop) artist to be sold on a scale comparable to Hindi film music albums, with over five million copies sold in India. The album established Indipop as a discrete genre and its singer Chinai became the genre's main proponent.

"Zindagi Meri Dance Dance" is a song from the 1987 Hindi film Dance Dance. The song has a remix version in 2017 film Daddy. The film's director Ashim Ahluwalia wanted to make a tribute to composer Bappi Lahiri, so he worked with Norwegian DJ Olefonken to remix the song. It originally composed by Bappi Lahiri and sung by Alisha Chinai in the film Dance Dance. DJ Olefonken recreated it for 2017 film Daddy. But he retained the original singers' voice.
Gurmeet Singh, changed his name to Munna Dhiman is a Bollywood lyricist and scriptwriter from Chandigarh, India. He has done work for popular Indian films and television programs like Coke Studio, Delhi Belly (film), Satyamev Jayate, Fukrey and Bhootnath Returns etc. He is a son of bus conductor in Punjab Roadways, lives in Chandigarh- Burail and completed studies from a Hindi medium school in Chandigarh. He went to Mumbai and came back in 2003 when Bollywood music composer Vishal Bharadwaj promised him in an email that "One day, we will work together," and after this he sat back in Chandigarh and waited for a response Vishal Bharadwaj, before going to Mumbai he was writing poetry or songs for the theatre groups in Chandigarh for their plays. Later, Bharadwaj asked him to write three songs for his film Asma 2004 and since then He has done 50 songs for almost 15 movies in last since he came back from Mumbai.
Mohit Pathak is an Indian music director, singer, and lyricist in the Hindi film & television industry. He rose to fame becoming part of a singing reality show The Voice where singer Shaan (singer) was his mentor.
