Logan Mulvey (born August 22, 1984) is the Managing Partner at STRIVR Labs, Inc [1] and the former CEO of GoDigital. [2] [3]
GoDigital is a full service digital and video-on-demand (VOD) distribution company. Launched in 2008, the Beverly Hills-based company as of 2013 had a library of over 1000 films ranging from independent cinema to award-winning documentaries and foreign films. GoDigital has direct deals with a number of primary VOD services, including iTunes, Netflix, Amazon.com, Hulu and YouTube.

While Mulvey attended Loyola in 2005, he co-founded GoDigital with Jason Peterson and Dave Lindsay. [4] GoDigital began as a music distribution service and Mulvey created campaigns for a variety of films and platinum selling artists. [5] At this point, he had produced music videos for top-selling artists such as Death Cab for Cutie, Lil' Romeo, Ashley Tisdale, Switchfoot, and Master P. Switchfoot is an American alternative rock band from San Diego, California. The band's members are Jon Foreman, Tim Foreman, Chad Butler, Jerome Fontamillas, and Drew Shirley . After early successes in the Christian rock scene, Switchfoot first gained mainstream recognition with the inclusion of four of their songs in the 2002 movie A Walk to Remember. This recognition led to their major label debut, The Beautiful Letdown, which was released in 2003 and featured the hits "Meant to Live" and "Dare You to Move". The album sold over 2.6 million copies. They have since been noted for their energetic live shows, and their seventh studio album Hello Hurricane received a Grammy award in 2011 for Best Rock or Rap Gospel Album.
In September 2008, GoDigital announced the restructuring of their executive team, with Mulvey assuming the role of president. [6] He had realized as Chief Marketing Officer that CDs and DVDs would soon prove obsolete and that the emerging digital market had a strong future. [4] Under his direction, the company relaunched as a full-service distributor of premium, independent content to digital and Video on Demand (VOD) retailers. [8] After GoDigital's re-organization, Mulvey's responsibilities were expanded to include the oversight of GoDigital's content operations team, marketing initiatives, global product management and release strategies for both new and catalog titles, [6] orchestrating the distribution of feature film, television, and music content to hundreds of entertainment retailers including Netflix, iTunes, Hulu, and CinemaNow. Content must be purchased through the iTunes Store, whereas iTunes is the software letting users manage their purchases.
Hulu is an American entertainment company that provides "over-the-top media services". It is primarily oriented towards instant streaming of television series, carrying current and past episodes of many series from its owners' respective television networks and other content partners. Hulu is owned by Hulu LLC, a joint venture between The Walt Disney Company and Comcast. Through the acquisition of 21st Century Fox, Disney acquired Fox's partial ownership, giving it a 60% stake when the deal closed on March 20, 2019, vs. 30% for Comcast. AT&T formerly owned a 10% stake in Hulu via its WarnerMedia subsidiary, but sold that stake back to Hulu in April 2019. Disney and Comcast haven't yet announced how they will allocate the former AT&T shares between them.
