The International Fight League was an American mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion billed as the world's first MMA league. It was founded on January 7, 2006, and closed on July 31, 2008. Instead of the established norm for MMA events, where matchups are strictly one-on-one affairs, each IFL card was a showdown between two camps of at least three fighters, each fighter fighting one match against another in the opposing camps.
The New York Pitbulls were an International Fight League team based in NYC, New York. Coached by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu expert and MMA veteran Renzo Gracie, the Pitbulls were one of four teams competing in the IFL's inaugural season.
The Quad Cities Silverbacks was an International Fight League team based in the Quad Cities region of the United States. Coached by former UFC Welterweight Champion and founder of the very successful Miletich Fighting Systems camp, Pat Miletich, the Silverbacks were one of four teams competing in the IFL's inaugural season.
The Portland Wolfpack were a team in the now-defunct International Fight League and based in Portland, Oregon. The Wolfpack were coached by Olympic silver medalist in Greco Roman Wrestling, Matt Lindland. The Wolfpack were established in the middle of the 2006 season. In their debut season the Wolfpack made it to the 2006 IFL Championship Final but were defeated by the Quad City Silverbacks 1-4. The Wolfpack were associated with the MMA training camp Team Quest based out of Gresham, Oregon.
The Southern California Condors are an International Fight League team based in Orange County, California. Coached by MMA legend Marco Ruas, the Condors were one of four new teams established at the beginning of the 2007 season. The Condors have an assistant coach, female MMA star Debi Purcell.
The Nevada Lions were an International Fight League team based in Reno, Nevada, in the United States. Coached by UFC and MMA legend Ken Shamrock the Lions were one of four teams established at the beginning of the 2007 season.
The Chicago Red Bears were an International Fight League team based in Chicago, Illinois. Coached by mixed martial artist Igor Zinoviev, the Red Bears were one of four teams established at the beginning of the 2007 season.
Bart K. Palaszewski is a retired Polish-American professional mixed martial artist who most recently competed in the UFC's Featherweight division. A professional competitor from 2002 until 2014, Palaszewski has also formerly competed for the WEC, the Quad Cities Silverbacks of the IFL, and King of the Cage.
Ben Ivan Rothwell is an American mixed martial artist who competes as a Heavyweight in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He also competed for the Quad Cities Silverbacks of the IFL where he held an undefeated 9–0 record before leaving the promotion due to a contract dispute. He has also had one-fight stints in Affliction, M-1 Global, and King of the Cage.
Ryan James Schultz is an American mixed martial artist who last competed in 2013. A professional since 2003, he has competed in the WEC, IFL, and Japan's World Victory Road. He was the last International Fight League Lightweight Champion, competing for Matt Lindland's Portland Wolfpack.
Michael Wayne Pyle is a retired American professional mixed martial artist who competed in the welterweight division of the UFC. A professional competitor since 1999, Pyle is a former WEC Welterweight Champion, and has also competed in Strikeforce, Elite XC, Affliction, M-1 Global, and for the Los Angeles Anacondas of the IFL.
Renzo Gracie Academy is a martial arts school headed by Renzo Gracie, located in Midtown Manhattan.
Midwest Combat is one of the camps participating in the International Fight League. It is unknown who is coaching the camp at this time. Midwest Combat takes the place of the Chicago Red Bears which used to be coached by Igor Zinoviev.
American Top Team (ATT) is one of the camps participating in the International Fight League (IFL). It is unknown who is coaching American Top Team's IFL representatives but the group was founded by Ricardo Liborio. ATT is one of the few camps to participate in the IFL and not be part of an original established group.

The XFC showcases both male and female fighters, advocates young MMA fighters, and produces stadium fight cards in various locations in the United States and South America, including Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, Michigan, Brazil, São Paulo, Campinas, and Araraquara.
Hatsu Hioki is a Japanese professional mixed martial artist competing in the featherweight division. He is the former Shooto Lightweight Champion, Sengoku Featherweight Champion, and TKO Featherweight Champion. Hioki is a long time Shooto veteran and has fought most of his fights in Japanese promotions including the largest mixed martial arts organization at the time, Pride Fighting Championships.
Anthony Obinnia Njokuani is a Nigerian American professional mixed martial artist and kickboxer currently competing in ONE Championship. A professional competitor since 2001, Njokuani has also formerly competed for the UFC and the WEC.
The Fight Club is a Canadian mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion based in Edmonton, Alberta. TFC currently fights at the Shaw Conference Centre.
Cody Steven McKenzie is an American mixed martial artist who currently competes in the Welterweight division of World Series of Fighting. A professional competitor since 2007, McKenzie mostly competed in his regional circuit, before signing with the Ultimate Fighting Championship to appear on The Ultimate Fighter: Team GSP vs. Team Koscheck, and has also competed for M-1 Global. He is well known for submitting opponents with a modified guillotine choke nicknamed the McKenzietine.
Tachi Palace Fights (TPF) was an American mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion which hosted events at the Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino in Lemoore, California. Matchmaker for TPF was former fighter Richard Goodman.
