Ložice (pronounced [ˈloːʒitsɛ] ) is a small settlement in the Municipality of Kanal in western Slovenia. Until 2007, the area was part of the settlement of Anhovo. [1] The settlement is part of the traditional region of the Slovenian Littoral and is included in the Gorizia Statistical Region. [2]

Anhovo is a settlement on the right bank of the Soča River in the Municipality of Kanal in the Littoral region of Slovenia. It is best known for its cement factory, Salonit Anhovo, built in 1921.
The Gorizia Statistical Region is a statistical region in western Slovenia, along the border with Italy. It is named after the Italian town of Gorizia. However, the cars here and in the Lower Sava Statistical Region are also the oldest.
