Lynx is a Finnish orienteering club from Kirkkonummi founded in 1971. [1]

The world champion in sprint Mårten Boström has competed for Lynx, which he left for IFK Lidingö. [2] [3] The club has managed to get a fourth place in the Jukola relay twice, in 2008 (after having been first after two legs, the third and the fifth) [4] and in 2010 (with Juuso Metsälä, Aleksi Leskinen, Antti Parjanne, Ville Keskisaari, Aapo Leskinen, Mårten Boström and Roman Rjapolov). [5] [6] [7] Karoliina Sundberg was chosen to the World Championships in Miskolc in 2009. [8]

In 1988 the club won Tiomila for the Youth in the class for men 18 year old [9] and again in 1989. [10] [11]

In 1992 the club was in the leading group on the last leg in the 25-manna relay. However, it did not finish among the ten best. [12] The club came third in the Halikko relay in 1993. [13] The club also obtained a third place in 25-manna in 1994 after beating Sundsvalls OK. [14]

The club got a sixth place in Jukola for the Youth in 2015. [15] In Tiomila for the Youth the club won the relay for the 12 year old in 2018 [16] [17] and also in 2019. [18] It also won the youth competition Oravatonni in 2019. [19]

Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna Göteborg, commonly known as IFK Göteborg, is a Swedish multisports club located in Gothenburg. It was established on 4 October 1904, and today functions as an alliance association for seven separate clubs competing in different sports. Tiomila

Tiomila or 10-mila is an orienteering race held annually in Sweden since 1945, usually in late April or early May. It is a 10-man relay which includes both night and daytime legs. The women's race consists of five daylight legs. Tiomila attracts club teams from all the major orienteering nations. In 2008, both the men's and the women's race consisted of about 350 teams. In 2019, there were 336 women's teams, and 310 men's teams.

IFK Lidingö

IFK Lidingö is a Swedish sports club, part of the IFK system, based on the island of Lidingö outside Stockholm. Although the club takes part in numerous sports, it is most famous for its football, athletics and orienteering sections. The football team are called IFK Lidingö FK.

Alexander Faltsetas is a Swedish footballer who plays for BK Häcken as a midfielder.

The 2015 season was IFK Göteborg's 110th in existence, their 83rd season in Allsvenskan and their 39th consecutive season in the league. They competed in Allsvenskan where they finished second for the second season in a row, Svenska Cupen where they won the competition, Svenska Supercupen where they finished as runners-up and in qualification for the UEFA Europa League where they were knocked out in the third qualifying round. IFK Göteborg also participated in one competition in which the club continued playing in for the 2016 season, 2015–16 Svenska Cupen. The season began with the group stage of Svenska Cupen on 21 February, league play started on 5 April and will last until 31 October. The season will conclude on 8 November with Svenska Supercupen against IFK Norrköping.

Kalevan Rasti is an orienteering club based in Finland. Recently it has been one of the most successful clubs in world orienteering, winning the Jukola and Tiomila relays multiple times.

Nordic Cup (football)

The Nordic Cup was a cup competition for club teams from Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden staged on one occasion, starting in June 1959 and ending on 31 July 1962.

Angelniemen Ankkuri is an orienteering club in Salo, Finland. It was founded in 1946 as club for sports and gymnastics, but nowadays it has only orienteering. Its members have won 17 medals in Finnish championships. It has won Tiomila, the Venla relay and the Jukola relay.

Stora Tuna OK is a Swedish orienteering club in Borlänge. It was the orienteering section of Stora Tuna IK until 2009.

MS Parma is a Finnish orientering club from the outskirts of Turku. It was formed in 2004 when the orienteers from Liedon Parma and Mynämäen Suunnistajat-54 started to compete for the joint club.

Helsingin Suunnistajat is a Finnish orienteering club in Helsinki, Finland. It was founded in 1943.

Arboga OK is an Swedish orienteering club in Arboga founded in 1945.

IK Hakarpspojkarna is a Swedish sports club in Huskvarna. It is active in orienteering, cross-country skiing, mountain bike cycling, triathlon and athletics.

Södertälje-Nykvarn orientering is a Swedish orienteering club in Södertälje. Its activities are based in Tveta by the lake Måsnaren, just west to the town.

Mats Engström is a Swedish businessman who is the current chairman of Swedish football club IFK Göteborg. He was elected chairman on 5 March 2018 by the general meeting. Engström was the vice-chairman before that, and had been part of the board since 2015. He has also been chairman for football club Västra Frölunda IF, and was regional manager for Nordea, where he worked for 36 years before retiring in 2019 to focus more on IFK Göteborg as well as other board memberships. In his early years, he played for Höganäs BK in the lower divisions of Swedish football.

IFK Göteborg (women) Football club in Gothenburg, Sweden

Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna Göteborg, commonly known as IFK Göteborg, IFK or simply Göteborg, is a Swedish women's football team based in Gothenburg. Founded in 2019, the team plays in Division 4 Göteborg, the 6th level of women's football in Sweden. IFK is affiliated with Göteborgs Fotbollförbund and play their home games in Prioritet Serneke Arena. The club colours are blue and white, colours shared both with the sports society which the club originated from, Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna, and with the coat of arms of the city of Gothenburg.
