Shyamji Krishna Varma was an Indian revolutionary fighter, an Indian patriot, lawyer and journalist who founded the Indian Home Rule Society, India House and The Indian Sociologist in London. A graduate of Balliol College, Krishna Varma was a noted scholar in Sanskrit and other Indian languages. He pursued a brief legal career in India and served as the Divan of a number of Indian princely states in India. He had, however, differences with Crown authority, was dismissed following a supposed conspiracy of local British officials at Junagadh and chose to return to England. An admirer of Dayanand Saraswati's approach of cultural nationalism, and of Herbert Spencer, Krishna Varma believed in Spencer's dictum: "Resistance to aggression is not simply justified, but imperative".
Satish Shah is a Hindi film and television actor and has also worked in a few Marathi films. He is perhaps best known for his roles in the 1984 sitcom Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi directed by Kundan Shah and Manjul Sinha where he ended up playing 55 different characters in 55 episodes and the character of Prakash in Television serial of Zee TV - Filmy Chakkar in 1995, which he played in 50 episodes. He has also starred in 2004's famous television show Sarabhai vs Sarabhai as Indravadhan Sarabhai. In both Filmy Chakkar and Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, his pairing was opposite Ratna Pathak Shah. In 1997, he again played lead in Ghar Jamai for 80 episodes along with serial “All The Best” with Swaroop Sampat for 109 episodes for DD2.
Masjid, is a railway station in the Masjid Bunder area of South Mumbai on the Central and Harbour lines of the Mumbai Suburban Railway. It is the penultimate stop for all trains on those lines in the "up" direction. It was opened in 1877. Contrary to popular belief, the station is not named after a masjid (mosque) but a synagogue, the 300-year-old Gate of Mercy Synagogue near a once thriving Jewish neighbourhood, popularly known as Juni Masjid by locals.

He currently appears in the role of Ben Shakir in the CBS psychological drama Evil written and created by Robert and Michelle King.
Bhuleshwar is a neighbourhood in Mumbai. It is situated in South Mumbai and to the north of the Fort area. The Gate of Mercy Synagogue, Hebrew: שער הרחמים) (also known as Shaar Harahamim and Juni Masjid is the oldest synagogue in Mumbai, India. The synagogue was built in 1796 by Samaji Hasaji Divekar, a Bene Israeli, near Esplanade in South Mumbai. The synagogue was later rebuilt and moved to the present location at Mandvi in 1860. In the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, the area was inhabited by a small but thriving Jewish community.

It is a sweet snack made by mixing boiled potatoes with a special dabeli masala, putting the mixture in a ladi pav, and serving it with chutneys made from tamarind, date, garlic, red chilies, etc. It is garnished with pomegranate and roasted peanuts.
