The four-part series is a comprehensive history of the role of women in hip-hop from the genre's inception to present day. Several writers, archivists, and prolific emcees provide commentary throughout the series. It was released on Netflix on August 9, 2023.
Depp v. Heard is a 2023 three-part documentary series directed by Emma Cooper. It is focused on the 2022 defamation trial between American actors Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. It aired on Channel 4 in the United Kingdom in May 2023, and was released internationally by Netflix that August.
