Martin John Weston (born 8 April 1959 in Worcester) is a retired professional cricketer who played for Worcestershire from 1979 to 1995.

Weston-super-Mare, also known simply as Weston, is a seaside town in the North Somerset unitary area in the county of Somerset, England. It lies by the Bristol Channel 20 miles (32 km) south-west of Bristol between Worlebury Hill and Bleadon Hill. It includes the suburbs of Mead Vale, Milton, Oldmixon, West Wick, Worlebury, Uphill and Worle. Its population at the 2021 census was 82,418. Since 1983, Weston has been twinned with Hildesheim in Germany.
Weston Creek is a district in the Australian Capital Territory in Australia. The district is subdivided into divisions (suburbs), sections and blocks. The district comprises eight residential suburbs, situated to the west of the Woden Valley district and approximately 13 kilometres (8.1 mi) southwest of the Canberra City centre. Since the club's formation in 1845, they have nurtured a number of players who have gone on to play for Somerset County Cricket Club and a select few who have gone on to play for the England Cricket Team. The first team currently play in the West of England Premier League, an ECB Premier League, the highest level of recreational club cricket in England and Wales.

Clarence Park was given to the town of Weston-super-Mare by Rebecca Davies in memory of her husband. The cricket pavilion at the park dates from 1882. A multitude of sports have been played at the park, including cricket. The ground is owned by the local council. It is currently used by Weston-super-Mare Cricket Club.
Devonshire Park Ground is a cricket ground in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. It hosted two List A cricket matches for Somerset County Cricket Club; one in 1969, and the other the following year. It has also been the venue for a number of matches for Somerset's second XI, hosting a Minor Counties Championship match in 1972, and eight other second XI matches between 1986 and 1991. It is the home ground for Weston-super-Mare Cricket Club, who have played on the ground since at least 1928.

He made his first-class debut in July 2021, for Somerset on the third day of their 2021 County Championship match against Leicestershire as a substitute for Craig Overton following his international call-up. Prior to his first-class debut, Aldridge was named in England's squad for the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.
