Mason Hill is a summit located in Adirondack Mountains of New York located in the Town of Hope south of the hamlet of Hope Falls.
Mason County is a county located on the Edwards Plateau in the U.S. state of Texas. At the 2010 census, its population was 4,012. Its county seat is Mason. The county is named for Fort Mason, which was located in the county.

Mason's Island is an inhabited island at the mouth of the Mystic River, in Stonington, Connecticut. The island was named after Major John Mason who was granted the island in recognition for his military services in the 1637 Pequot War in nearby Mystic. This island remained in the Mason family for over 250 years, from 1651 to 1913. Since then the Allyn family have been stewards of it, and most of the island is owned by the Mason's Island Company and regulated by property deeds under the Mason's Island Property Owners Association. The Mason's Island Marina and the Mystic River Marina are located on the north end of the island. Mason's Island is connected to the mainland by a causeway.
Sand Ridge State Forest is a conservation area located in the U.S. state of Illinois. Containing 7,200 acres (2,900 ha), it is the largest state forest in Illinois. It is located in northern Mason County. The nearest town is Manito, Illinois and the nearest numbered highway is U.S. Highway 136. It is located on a low bluff, or "sand ridge", overlooking the Illinois River, hence the name. The sand ridge is believed to be an artifact of the post-glacial Kankakee Torrent.
Beach and Mason station is a streetcar station in San Francisco, California, serving the San Francisco Municipal Railway's E Embarcadero and F Market & Wharves heritage railway lines. It is located on Beach Street at Mason Street. The station opened on March 4, 2000 with the streetcar's extension to Fisherman's Wharf.

Hope Island State Park - Mason is a Washington state park in Mason County that is accessible only by boat. It consists of 106 acres (43 ha) of old-growth forest and salt marsh with a 1.5-mile (2.4 km) beach on Puget Sound. Park activities include picnicking, camping, hiking, fishing, clamming, beachcombing, and birdwatching. The park is administered as a satellite of Jarrell Cove State Park. Water is not available on the island, and open-fires and pets are not permitted.
