Michael L Payne (born 1941), is a male former swimmer who competed for England.
He represented England in the 110 yards backstroke at the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Cardiff, Wales. [1] [2]
He swam for the Bristol Central Club.
The Commonwealth Games is a quadrennial international multi-sport event among athletes from the Commonwealth of Nations, which consists mostly, but not exclusively, of territories of the former British Empire.
