Michaela Susan Mann (born December 1978 in British Columbia, Canada) is a Canadian actress, and a member of the UBCP. She currently lives in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Career

Mann's career began on television in 2002 with appearances on The Chris Isaak Show, Da Vinci's Inquest and The L Word. These were followed by recurring roles in several series including, Alienated, Dante's Cove, Smallville and Whistler. Michaela has also had roles in several feature-length films such as Carrie (2002), White Noise 2 and Termination Point .

The Chris Isaak Show is a television sitcom which follows a fictionalized version of the life of American rock musician Chris Isaak. The show portrays Isaak and his band members as everyday people with everyday problems. The series was produced for the Showtime channel from 2001–2004, and was filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, which stands in for the show's home setting of San Francisco.

<i>Da Vincis Inquest</i> dramatic television series

Da Vinci's Inquest is a Canadian dramatic television series which originally aired on CBC Television from 1998 to 2005. While never a ratings blockbuster, the critically acclaimed show did attract a loyal following, and ultimately seven seasons of thirteen episodes each were filmed for a total of ninety-one episodes.

<i>The L Word</i> American-Canadian television series

The L Word is an American-Canadian co-production television drama that aired on Showtime from January 18, 2004 to March 8, 2009. The series follows an ensemble cast of friends, the majority of whom are lesbian women, who live in West Hollywood, California. The series' premise originated with Ilene Chaiken, Michele Abbot, and Kathy Greenberg; Chaiken is credited as the primary creator of the series, and also served as its executive producer. A sequel series, The L Word: Generation Q, will air in December 2019.

The British Columbia Regiment (Duke of Connaughts Own)

The British Columbia Regiment is a Primary Reserve armoured reconnaissance (recce) regiment of the Canadian Army; the regiment is subordinate to 39 Canadian Brigade Group of the 3rd Canadian Division. Established in 1883, it is the oldest military unit in Vancouver, British Columbia. It parades at the Beatty Street Drill Hall at the corner of Dunsmuir and Beatty in downtown Vancouver.
