Mir Ghalib Khan Domki or میر غالب خان ڈومکی is a politician and tribal leader in Sindh, Pakistan. Mir Ghalib Hussain Domki is chief Mukkaddim of Giloee clan of Domki tribe. Mir Ghalib Hussain Domki is one of the Wadera's of the Domki tribe in Sindh. He is elected as MPA from Kashmore District on PS-18 from 2008 to 2013
Sindh is one of the four provinces of Pakistan, in the southeast of the country, and the historical home of the Sindhi people. Kashmore District, , previously known as Khizmer or Khizmore, is a district of the province of Sindh, Pakistan. The capital city is Kandhkot which has a population of District Kashmore 1,206,772. Kashmoor Kandkot is part of Larkana division. Its old name was Khizmer or Khizmor. While the district headquarter is Kandkot city. Kashmoor Kandkot district was created in 2004. Before this it was part of Jacobabad district. The total population of district Kashmoor Kandkot was 1207000 persons in 2011. Total area of district is 255 square kilometers. The spoken languages are Sindhi and Balochi. Its border is connected with Punjab and Balochistan provinces. Kashmoor city is gateway to Punjab province and Balochistan province.

Mir Ghalib Hussain Domki's father Mir Shah Ali Khan Domki was also elected as a MPA and he was candidate from Independent and he was first who won the seat all over Sindh from PPP and after winning MPA seat he went to PPP as they invited him.
Khan Sahib Ali Bilawal Khan Domki the father of Mir Shah Ali Khan and the grand father of Mir Ghalib Hussain Domki. He was elected M.L.A before the independence of Pakistan. He was awarded the title of Khan Sahib by the British.

She was first elected Member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh from Mirpur Sakro Thatta PS-85 THATTA-II in 2002 and later in 2008. She was Minister for Culture in Sindh cabinet led by Syed Qaim Ali Shah from 2008 to 2013. She was the only directly elected female assembly member in Sindh out of 168 assembly members.
