Additionally, São Paulo is the largest Portuguese-speaking city in the world. It exerts strong international influences in commerce, finance, arts and entertainment. The city's name honors the Apostle, Saint Paul of Tarsus. The city's metropolitan area, the Greater São Paulo, ranks as the most populous in Brazil and the 12th most populous on Earth. The process of conurbation between the metropolitan areas around the Greater São Paulo created the São Paulo Macrometropolis, a megalopolis with more than 30 million inhabitants, one of the most populous urban agglomerations in the world.
Três Corações is a municipality in the south of Minas Gerais state in Brazil. As of 2020, the city population was estimated at 80,032, making it one of the largest cities in the south of Minas Gerais. The city is geographically located close to the circumcenter of the three largest metropolitan areas in Brazil, thus making it a strategic hub for commerce. Vila Mariana is a borough of the city of São Paulo, Brazil. Located to the south of Bela Vista and Liberdade, east of Jardim Paulista and west of Ipiranga, it's a dynamic area of the city. Similar to its neighbor district, Moema, it's a wealthy area and it comprises some of the most famous symbols of São Paulo, like the Ibirapuera Park, the Obelisk and Mausoleum of the heroes from the Constitutional Revolution in 1932 and the "Monumento às Bandeiras", and the Fundadores de São Paulo monument.

Line 1 (Blue) (Portuguese: Linha 1–Azul) is one of the six lines that make up the São Paulo Metro and one of the thirteen lines that make up the Metropolitan Rail Transportation Network. It was the first line built for the São Paulo Metro and also the first metro line built in Brazil. It links Tucuruvi Station to Jabaquara Station. Construction began in the late 1960s and was completed in the early 1970s.
Faria Lima is a metro station on Line 4-Yellow of the São Paulo Metro operated by ViaQuatro. It is localized in Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, between Rua Teodoro Sampaio and Rua Cardeal Arcoverde, in the district of Pinheiros. Had its civil construction concluded in February 2010. The prediction for the commercial operation was March 2010, but was delayed to 25 May 2010, day which line started operating between stations Faria Lima and Paulista. The delay was caused by the train tests. The station should also have a connection with future Line 20-Pink.

He is the brother of the São Paulo state deputy Enio Tatto and São Paulo councilors Arselino and Jair Tatto. He is graduated in History from the Faculty of Philosophy Sciences and Languages of Moema and was militant at Basic Ecclesial Communities in Socorro. He was elected president of the Sao Paulo directory in 1995, elected São Paulo state deputy in 1998, and he held positions at the secretariat of the city of Sao Paulo in Marta Suplicy's administration.
