Dingla is a historic region in Bhojpur District in the Kosi Zone of eastern Nepal. It includes three Village development committees: Keurepani, Mulpani, and Tunggochha. One of the first schools of Nepal was established in this region in 1879 AD. Recently, another municipality named "shadanada" has been announced by government of Nepal. Tungechha, Mulpani, Keurenipani, Kimalung and Khartamchha V.D.C are included in newly announced municipality. Dingla Bazaar is the centre of this second municipality of Bhojpur district.

Kageshwori-Manohara is a municipality in Kathmandu District in the Bagmati Pradesh of Nepal that was established on 2 December 2014 by merging the former Village development committees Aalapot, Bhadrabas, Danchhi, Gagalphedi, Gothatar and Mulpani. The office of the municipality is that of the former Daanchhi village development committee. Krsihnahari Thapa of CPN-UML is Mayor and Bindu Simkhada also of CPN-UML is Deputy mayor of this municipality. They both were elected on 2017 Nepalese local elections.

Nirajan Rayamajhi is a Nepalese retired professional footballer. He last played as a striker for the Nepal national football team and New Road Team (N.R.T.) Rayamajhi is best known for his performance with the Nepal national team. He scored a hat trick for the national team against Macau in the 2002 World Cup qualification round. Rayamajhi is Nepal's top scorer of all time - along with Hari Khadka - scoring 13 goals for Nepal. He retired from Nepal's national team in 2006.
