Mwenge is a county in Uganda.

Uganda, officially the Republic of Uganda, is a landlocked country in East Africa. From 1979 until 1980, Rugumayo served as the Chairman of the Uganda Legislative Council. He currently serves as the chancellor of two Ugandan universities. He is a botanist and a community leader.
