Handwriting recognition (HWR), also known as handwritten text recognition (HTR), is the ability of a computer to receive and interpret intelligible handwritten input from sources such as paper documents, photographs, touch-screens and other devices. The image of the written text may be sensed "off line" from a piece of paper by optical scanning or intelligent word recognition. Alternatively, the movements of the pen tip may be sensed "on line", for example by a pen-based computer screen surface, a generally easier task as there are more clues available. A handwriting recognition system handles formatting, performs correct segmentation into characters, and finds the most possible words.

Nakkila is a municipality of Finland. It is located in the province of Western Finland and is part of the Satakunta region, 19 kilometres (12 mi) southeast of Pori. The Kokemäki River flows along the center of Nakkila. The municipality has a population of 4,966 and covers an area of 184.88 square kilometres (71.38 sq mi) of which 1.97 km2 (0.76 sq mi) is water. The population density is 27.15 inhabitants per square kilometre (70.3/sq mi). The municipality is unilingually Finnish. The name Nackeby was earlier used in Swedish.
Need To Know, also known as NTK, was an email newsletter, published late on Fridays, written by former Wired journalist and Irish Times columnist Danny O'Brien and former Wired and Future journalist Dave Green. It was devised in 1996 while Green and O'Brien worked at Wired. NTK was published weekly from 1997 until 2004, when it moved to fortnightly publication. From May 2005 until July 2006 it continued on a monthly schedule, though it often ran late; the final newsletter on the website is a "MiniNTK" dated 8 January 2007.
Newton OS was an operating system for the Apple Newton PDAs produced by Apple Computer, Inc. between 1993 and 1997. It was written entirely in C++ and trimmed to be low power consuming and use the available memory efficiently. Many applications were pre-installed in the ROM of the Newton to save on RAM and flash memory storage for user applications.
Newton railway station is a railway station located between the neighbourhoods of Drumsagard, Halfway, Newton and Westburn in the town of Cambuslang, Scotland. The station is managed by ScotRail on the Argyle and Cathcart Circle Lines.

Senthamizhan Seeman is an Indian film director, actor and politician. He is the leader and chief-coordinator of the Naam Tamilar Katchi political party in Tamil Nadu. He is a strong advocate for regional autonomy and Tamil nationalism by focusing on the Tamil language, identity, and culture.
The Newton is a series of personal digital assistants (PDAs) developed and marketed by Apple Computer, Inc. An early device in the PDA category, it was the first to feature handwriting recognition. Apple started developing the platform in 1987 and shipped the first devices starting August 2nd 1993. Production officially ended on February 27, 1998. Newton devices ran on a proprietary operating system, Newton OS; examples include Apple's MessagePad series and the eMate 300, and other companies also released devices running on Newton OS. Most Newton devices were based on the ARM 610 RISC processor and all featured handwriting-based input.
Manjil, Harzvil, Siahpoush and Rudbar Wind Farms are wind farms located in Gilan, Iran. In 1995 the Iranian governors decided to use renewable energies in Iran and started to develop wind farms in Manjil area. They start with installing a Nord Tank NTK-500/37 wind turbine. They added other products of Nordtank such as NTK-300/35 and NTK-550/42. The developer was Iran Renewable energies organization (SUNA) as representative of TAVANIR, and they chose Saba-Niroo as Iranian manufacturer to produce wind turbines in Iran. Saba-Niroo signed a joint venture agreement with Vestas to produce V47-660/45 in Iran. Moshanir power engineering consultants were the consultants of the project. Finally, the project finished in February 2015. Due to the privatization policy, TAVANIR established Manjil green power Generation company (www.sabzniroo.ir) and transferred all of his ownership on the mentioned power plant to this company. The company transferred to Omid Taban Hour Energy Management company on February 22, 2018. The total installed wind turbines in this project are as below:

In the study of artificial neural networks (ANNs), the neural tangent kernel (NTK) is a kernel that describes the evolution of deep artificial neural networks during their training by gradient descent. It allows ANNs to be studied using theoretical tools from kernel methods.
Artificial neural networks are a class of models used in machine learning, and inspired by biological neural networks. They are the core component of modern deep learning algorithms. Computation in artificial neural networks is usually organized into sequential layers of artificial neurons. The number of neurons in a layer is called the layer width. Theoretical analysis of artificial neural networks sometimes considers the limiting case that layer width becomes large or infinite. This limit enables simple analytic statements to be made about neural network predictions, training dynamics, generalization, and loss surfaces. This wide layer limit is also of practical interest, since finite width neural networks often perform strictly better as layer width is increased.
