The National Trade Union Congress of Belize is a central trade union representing workers in Belize. The NTUCB is affiliated to the International Trade Union Confederation and the Caribbean Congress of Labor. The NTUCB is an umbrella organization for twelve unions in Belize. These include:
The World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU) is an international federation of trade unions established in 1945. Founded in the immediate aftermath of World War Two, the organization built on the pre-war legacy of the International Federation of Trade Unions as a single structure for trade unions world-wide. With the emergence of the Cold War in the late 1940s, the WFTU splintered, with most trade unions from the Western-aligned countries leaving and creating the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions (ICFTU) in 1949. Throughout the Cold War, membership of the WFTU was made up predominantly of trade unions from the Soviet-aligned and non-aligned countries. However, there were notable exceptions to this, such as the Yugoslav and Chinese unions, which departed following the Tito-Stalin and Sino-Soviet splits, respectively, or the French CGT and Italian CGIL unions, who were members. With the end of the Cold War and the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the WFTU lost the largest portion of its membership and financial support. Since the start of the 2000s, the organization shifted headquarters to Athens and recruited new members, claiming to have grown from representing 48 million workers in 2005 to 105 million in 2022.

The Fiji Trades Union Congress (FTUC) is a trade union organisation in Fiji that was founded in 1952 under the leadership of Pandit Ami Chandra as the Fiji Industrial Workers Congress (FIWC). As the FIWC the organisation was the third federation in Oceania, after the Australian Council of Trade Unions and the New Zealand Council of Trade Unions, to join the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions. In 1975 the FTUC's membership was 25,000. The FTUC is affiliated to the International Trade Union Confederation. It has a close relationship with the Fiji Labour Party. The FTUC has 30 trade union affiliates, covering the public and private sectors. Major affiliates include: the Fiji Public Service Association, the Fiji Teachers Union, the Fiji Sugar & General Workers Union, the National Union of Hospitality, Catering & Tourism Industries Employees and the National Union of Factory and Commercial Workers Union.

Belize Energy Workers' Union (BEWU) is a labour union in Belize which represents workers at Belize Electricity Limited. The union is affiliated with the National Trade Union Congress of Belize. The current President is Rutilio Witzil. Previous Presidents include Ivan Acosta, Mark Butler, Raymond Sheppard, Jose Torres, Marvin Mora, Sean Nicholas amongst many other since 1981. The Belize Energy Workers Union (BEWU) was founded in October 1981. The BEWU is a breakaway Union from the United General Workers' Union (UGWU) as a consequence of unfair representation felt by the members. The workers were part of the membership of UGWU for a fair period of time previous to the Belize Energy Workers Union. However, in latter years, the members felt that its interest was not served justly as the Union had other priorities.
