New Berlin West Middle/High School is a public middle/high school located in New Berlin, Wisconsin. It is a part of the School District of New Berlin. The school serves grades 7 through 12. The school colors are blue and gold, and the school mascot is the Viking.
From 2001 through 2007, the school underwent major construction, [5] including a new theater, a new fieldhouse with an indoor track and tennis courts, an upgraded and relocated library, and a new 10-classroom wing. [5] Renovations were also made to the bathrooms and workout facilities. The class of 2007 was the first to host graduation in the new fieldhouse.
West has a rivalry with the other New Berlin public high school, Eisenhower.
New Berlin West's 2010 baseball team made it to the state tournament for the first time. [6] The school's 2013 baseball team won the state tournament for the first time.
In 2018, New Berlin West halted its yearbook distribution after the school learned that a senior student chose a yearbook quote referring to the Holocaust. His quote read, "There will always be one true Final Solution." A spokesman of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation was on record as finding the quote "very disturbing and upsetting". Terribly disappointing. [7]

Michael William Krzyzewski, nicknamed "Coach K", is an American former college basketball coach. He served as the head coach at Duke University from 1980 to 2022, during which he led the Blue Devils to five national titles, 13 Final Fours, 15 ACC tournament championships, and 13 ACC regular season titles. Among men's college basketball coaches, only UCLA's John Wooden has won more NCAA championships (10). Krzyzewski is widely regarded as one of the greatest college basketball coaches of all time.
The Women's Basketball Hall of Fame honors those who have contributed to the sport of women's basketball. The Hall of Fame opened in 1999 in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA. It is the only facility of its kind dedicated to all levels of women's basketball. Knoxville is known for having a large women's basketball following as well as being the home of the University of Tennessee's Lady Vols basketball team previously coached by women's coach Pat Summitt, who was part of the first class inducted. With the 2017 Induction, the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame celebrated its 19th anniversary and added six new members to its hall, honoring 157 inductees.
Billy Eugene Self Jr. is an American basketball coach who is the head coach of the Kansas Jayhawks men's basketball team. Self has held various coaching roles at the collegiate level and has been the coach of the Jayhawks since 2003.
Clifford L. Gustafson was an American high school and college baseball coach who was, for twenty-nine seasons, the head coach of the Texas Longhorns, representing the University of Texas at Austin.

Nutley High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school in the Township of Nutley, in Essex County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, serving students in ninth through twelfth grades as the lone secondary school of the Nutley Public Schools. Niles West High School (NWHS), officially Niles Township High School West, is a public four-year high school located in Skokie, Illinois, a north suburb of Chicago, in the United States. NWHS is part of the Niles Township Community High School District 219, which also includes Niles North High School. The name of the school teams originally was the Indians, which later was changed to the Wolves, in 2001. Terrell Lee Hoage is an American former professional football player who was a safety in the National Football League (NFL) for 13 seasons during the 1980s and 1990s. Hoage played college football for the University of Georgia, and was recognized as an All-American. He played professionally for the New Orleans Saints, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Redskins, San Francisco 49ers, Houston Oilers and Arizona Cardinals of the NFL.
The Parkland Conference was a division of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) from the 1963 to the 2006 school season. It was formed in 1963 when the Braveland Conference split in two.
The National High School Hall of Fame is a program of the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) that honors individuals who have made outstanding contributions to high school sports or performing arts. As of 2019, a total of 482 individuals have been inducted since the first class in 1982. Because there is a huge pool of potential candidates, it is considered a very exclusive hall of fame.
Mooresville Senior High School, or more commonly Mooresville High School, is a high school located in Mooresville, North Carolina. It is part of the Mooresville Graded School District and was opened in the 1930s. The sports teams are known as the Blue Devils. Mooresville plays in the I-Meck Conference with Lake Norman (Rival), Hough (Rival), Hopewell, Mallard Creek, West Charlotte, Vance, North Meck. Mooresville Home is Coach Joe Popp Stadium located on the Magnolia Campus of Mooresville High School.
The Vermont Sports Hall of Fame is an athletics hall of fame in the U.S. state of Vermont. Above all, induction "is for accomplishments in sports and recreation that generate a great source of pride to the state." Launched as a project in 2011, the Hall of Fame inducted its inaugural class on November 17, 2012. Inductees include multiple Olympic athletes and medalists, professional sports hall of fame inductees, and historical contributors from the state of Vermont or one of its colleges and universities.

Burton F. Gustafson was an American athlete and sports coach. After attending Northern Michigan University (NMU) where he was a three-sport star, he coached several high school football, basketball, and track and field teams. He then returned to NMU where he served from 1956 to 1961 as a coach in four sports. He later was an assistant coach for the Wyoming Cowboys and coach and administrator for the Green Bay Packers.
