History
The Taiwan Provincial Government founded the preparatory department of the school on October 18, 1990 and it was officially established and named “Taiwan Provincial Xinchuang Senior High School” on July 1, 1992.
This school was the first public senior high school in Xinzhuang District to be equipped with the co-ed system and experimental art class. In the first year of the foundation, the school borrowed space from Xintai Elementary School nearby for teaching, and also recruited six new classes. With the school returning to where the school is currently located on August 1, 1993, the number of the classes increased to fifteen. In 1994, there were twenty-five classes and thirty-six in 1995. In 1997, the number of classes amounted to fifty-one. Currently, there are fifty-seven classes in total, including three art classes.
The school was nationalized and renamed “National Xinchuang Senior High School” as of February 1, 2000.

Taoyuan District is the seat of the municipal government and which, along with Zhongli District, forms a large metropolitan area. Taoyuan developed from a satellite city of Taipei metropolitan area to become the fourth-largest metropolitan area, and fifth-largest populated city in Taiwan. "Taoyuan" literally means "peach garden" in Chinese, since the area used to have many peach trees. Formerly a county, Taoyuan became the latest new founding special municipality in 2014.
Taipei American School is a non-profit private international school with an American-based curriculum located in Tianmu, Shilin District, Taipei, Taiwan. TAS serves students from pre-kindergarten through grade 12. At the high school, students may choose from a range of courses including honors, AP, and IB courses that fulfill the full IB Diploma Program.

The Taoyuan Municipal Wu-Ling Senior High School is a secondary school in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, providing education ranging from 9th to 12th grade. The school was founded in 1955 as a program for high schools in the Taipei city to evacuate to in case of possible wars and airstrikes. Given the dramatic sub urbanization and increases in both population and economical power of Taoyuan, the school has thus gained its independence in 1959.
The Xinzhuang Culture and Arts Center is an art and cultural center in Xinzhuang District, New Taipei, Taiwan.
Xinzhuang Sub-city Center is a national-level rezoning area located on the west side of New Taipei City and the north side of Xinzhuang District. With a total area of about 100 hectares, Xinzhuang Sub-city Center was designated as the new prime central business district, administration center, and transport hub of New Taipei City. Designed in the 2010s and developed from the 2020s onwards, Xinzhuang Sub-city Center complements Xinban Special District, becoming twin cities spanning both sides of the Dahan River. Important infrastructure, such as Xinzhuang Joint Office Tower, New Taipei Industrial Park, Taiwan Film and Audiovisual Institute and International Community Radio Taipei, is located within this area.
