Nick Richmond (born May 1, 1987) is an American former professional football offensive tackle. He attended Texas Christian, as a member of the 2010 graduating class. Shortly after the draft ended, Richmond joined the San Diego Chargers as an undrafted free agent.
Quentin Tremaine Jammer is an American former professional football player who played twelve seasons in the National Football League (NFL) as a cornerback for the San Diego Chargers and Denver Broncos, with whom he went to Super Bowl XLVIII. He played college football for the University of Texas where he earned unanimous All-American honors and became a first round draft pick of the San Diego Chargers in the 2002 NFL draft.

In 1999, he served as the interim head coach of LSU for one game, a 35–10 win over rival Arkansas, after Gerry DiNardo was fired. He was replaced when LSU hired Nick Saban.

The 2007 season was the San Diego Chargers' 38th in the National Football League (NFL) and their 48th overall. After four games, the team failed to equal their 14–2 2006 regular season record, as they immediately stumbled to a bad 1–3 start under new head coach Norv Turner. However, they finished the regular season strongly by winning 10 of 12 games to take the AFC West title. The Chargers went further in the playoffs than the previous year, but fell again to the New England Patriots, this time in the AFC Championship game. For the second consecutive season, star running back LaDainian Tomlinson led the NFL in rushing with 1,474 yards. In the offseason, the Chargers introduced a new logo, with the lightning bolt changing to yellow with bright blue and regular blue outlines. It would be their logo for 10 years.

The 2004 San Diego Chargers season was the franchise's 35th season in the National Football League (NFL), its 45th overall and the third under head coach Marty Schottenheimer. It would be the first season the franchise would have involving quarterback Philip Rivers. The team improved on their 4–12 record in 2003 and finished the regular season 12–4, made the playoffs for the first time in nine years, and captured their first division title since the 1994 season. In the playoffs they lost in overtime to the New York Jets. At the end of the season Marty Schottenheimer was named NFL Coach of the Year.
