No Strings Attached is the second album of the Punjabi singer Jassi Sidhu, released in 2005, after the success of Reality Check and Aashiqui . The album comprised ten brand new tracks, including seven originals and three remixes.

Jassi Sidhu is a Bhangra singer and the former lead singer of British Indian bhangra band B21. He split from the group, declaring that they would "never, ever reconcile" and that "(B21 was) nothing more than a glorified mime act", quoting differences between himself and Bally Jagpal.

Reality Check is the debut album of Punjabi singer, Jassi Sidhu, released in 2003. It's his first album after he left his band, B21, in 2002. The album saw the departure of B21 sound and thus, paving the path for an exciting new sound by Jassi Sidhu. The album also opened the doors of success for Jassi in India, where, earlier, he was an unknown face. Reality Check was a commercial hit, both in U.K. and India.

Jassi Sidhu tried this time to make a new sound and as a repercussion of that, there was a rock ballet track in the album called “Honkeh”. The rest of the album somewhat resembled his debut album. Although it was a big commercial hit in India, it was not well received in the international market. Moreover, the reviews of the album were below those of Reality Check.
