The North Leicestershire League is a football competition based in Leicestershire, England. This league was established in 1931 and was formerly known as the Loughborough and District Amateur Football Alliance. It has a total of four divisions, the highest of which, the Premier Division, is a feeder to the Leicestershire Senior League. Each division has a different sponsor.

The league runs two cup competitions, the Cobbin Trophy and the Bonser Trophy. The Cobbin Trophy is open to all first teams, whilst the Bonser Trophy is for reserve and 'A' teams.

Quorn is a village and civil parish in Leicestershire, England, near the university town of Loughborough. Its name was shortened from Quorndon in 1889, to avoid postal difficulties owing to its similarity to the name of another village, Quarndon, in neighbouring Derbyshire.
The Borough of Charnwood is a local government district with borough status in the north of Leicestershire, England, which has a population of 183,971 as of the 2021 census. It borders Melton to the east, Harborough to the southeast, Leicester and Blaby to the south, Hinckley and Bosworth to the southwest, North West Leicestershire to the west and Rushcliffe in Nottinghamshire to the north. It is named after Charnwood Forest, an area much of which lies within the borough.

Shepshed Dynamo Football Club is an English football club based in the small town of Shepshed in the north west of Leicestershire, England. Founded as Shepshed Albion towards the end of the 19th century, the team played for the majority of their early history in the Leicestershire Senior League before a series of league wins and promotions the late 1970s and early 1980s, when they were known as Shepshed Charterhouse, took them within two promotions of The Football League. The club encountered financial difficulties in 1994 and reformed under the new name in recognition of the help provided by local side Loughborough Dynamo. They currently play in the Northern Premier League Division One Midlands.
