The Novus is a 27-story mixed-use tower under construction at 400 West Main Street in Downtown Durham, North Carolina. [1] [2] The tower is a partnership between Austin Lawrence Partners and Global Holdings, a real estate development firm led by Eyal Ofer. [3] Expected to open in 2025, [4] the building site is the former location of the South Bank building. [5] [6] The Novus topped out on January 25, 2024. [7]
