Viscount Rothermere, of Hemsted in the county of Kent, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created in 1919 for the press lord Harold Harmsworth, 1st Baron Harmsworth. As of 2017 the title is held by his grandson, the third Baron, who succeeded his uncle in 1990.

It was created on 11 January 1665 for John Jacob, with remainder in default of male issue of his own to his brother Robert Jacob and the heirs male of his body. The title was in recognition of his loyalty to Charles I. The title became extinct on the death of the fifth Baronet.

The Oakes baronetcy of Hereford was created on 1 June 1815 for the soldier Hildebrand Oakes in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom; a second patent, in addition to one created for Oakes on 2 November 1813, it had a special remainder to his brother Henry. The 1813 creation became extinct on his death in 1822 while he was succeeded in the 1815 creation according to the special remainder by Henry, the 2nd Baronet. This title became extinct on the death of the 4th Baronet, in 1927.
