The Ohio Expo Center and State Fairgrounds is an exhibition center and fairground site, located in Columbus, Ohio. The site has been home to the Ohio State Fair since 1886.
The fairgrounds site includes numerous fair buildings: the Bricker Building, Taft Coliseum, Celeste Center, Congress Pavilion, Cooper Arena, Cox Fine Arts Center, and others. Parks included in the site include Natural Resources Park, Central Park, and Heritage Park.
Nearby entities considered on the fairgrounds include the Ohio History Center, Historic Crew Stadium, and the Ohio State Highway Patrol Training Academy.
Celeste Center is a 10,200-seat multipurpose arena. The building, named for former Ohio Governor and United States Ambassador to India Richard F. Celeste, is used for concerts, trade shows, banquets, and sporting events.
The arena contains 60,000 sq ft (5,600 m2). of unobstructed floor space and two stages, one a 75-foot (23 m)-by-32-foot permanent stage and a portable stage measuring up to 60 feet (18 m) by 32 feet (9.8 m). It also features air conditioning, an excellent sound system, dressing rooms with showers, large rest rooms, office space and concession stands.
The Celeste Center is a rather low roofed arena for its capacity (53 feet tall). When used for concerts, the seating is set up amphitheater style.

The North Carolina State Fair is an American state fair and agricultural exposition held annually in Raleigh, North Carolina. Founded in 1853, the fair is organized by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. It attracts around a million visitors over eleven days in mid-October.

The Garrett Coliseum is a 12,500-seat multi-purpose arena in Montgomery, Alabama, United States. The arena is the centerpiece of the Alabama Agricultural Center, home to the Alabama National Fair. It was built in 1951 and named after W. W. Garrett, the first chairman of the Alabama Agricultural Board. The coliseum's first event was a concert by Hank Williams. In 2005 and 2006, it was home to the Montgomery Maulers of the National Indoor Football League. The arena contains 8,500 permanent seats and can seat up to 10,500 for end-stage shows, 12,500 for boxing, wrestling and center-stage concerts. The Garrett Coliseum Complex is also home to the official state horse show, by Law on the books the Alabama Open Horsemans Association State Championship Horse Show, which is held every year on Labor Day Weekend.

Built on the former site of the Long Beach Municipal Auditorium, the venue is composed of the Long Beach Convention Center, Long Beach Arena, and the Long Beach Performing Arts Center. The Glass City Center is a performing arts and convention center located in downtown Toledo, Ohio. Opened on March 27, 1987, as the SeaGate Convention Centre, the center's exhibit hall measures 74,520 square feet of space and seats up to 5,100 for a banquet, 9,000 for a meeting, and 4,000 in a classroom configuration. It can be divided into three smaller halls, and when used for concerts with a 60 foot by 40 foot stage, can seat 2,000, 3,000, or 5,900 for concerts, stage shows, and other shows, this so that there are no bad seats in the house. Many of those seats used for concerts are in telescopic risers; there are 18 telescopic units at the arena, set up in sections of six; as a result, there are six sections of riser seating and a total of 3,216 in the risers. The center also features 17,552 square feet (1,631 m2) of meeting space.
The Ohio State Fair is one of the largest state fairs in the United States, held in Columbus, Ohio during late July through early August. As estimated in a 2011 economic impact study conducted by Saperstein & Associates; the State Fair contributes approximately 68.5 million dollars to the state's economy. In 2015, attendance was 982,305, the Fair's highest 12-day attendance on record.

Alliant Energy Center is a multi-building complex located in unincorporated Madison, Wisconsin. It comprises 164 acres (0.66 km2) of greenspace and includes the 255,000-square-foot (23,700 m2) Exhibition Hall, the 10,000-seat Veterans Memorial Coliseum, the 29-acre (0.12 km2) Willow Island and the 22,000-square-foot (2,000 m2) Arena. After completing various stages of planning throughout 2013, it was announced on November 26 that Dane County would be awarding a $20.7 million contract to Miron Construction for the construction of two new multi-use pavilions at the Alliant Energy Center. The exhibition pavilions, which total 290,000 square feet, will be replacing the nine current agricultural barns. Construction began following the Midwest Horse Fair in April 2014 with completion set in time for the 2014 World Dairy Expo in late September. The Center welcomes more than one million people attending more than 500 events annually, ranging from local meetings and banquets to large sporting events and major concerts.
The Lahaina Civic Center is a sports, convention and entertainment complex located at Ka'a'ahi Street and Honoapi'ilani Highway in Lahaina, Hawaii, on the island of Maui. It is the site of the annual Maui Invitational Basketball Tournament, held every November during Thanksgiving week and hosted by Chaminade University.
