Oliver Davis (born August 29, 1954) is a former American football cornerback in the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the fourth round of the 1977 NFL Draft. He played college football at Tennessee State.

Davis also played for the Cincinnati Bengals.

He played as an offensive tackle in the American Football League (AFL) and later in the National Football League (NFL) for the Oakland / Los Angeles Raiders. He played college football at Maryland State College—now University of Maryland Eastern Shore—and was drafted by the Raiders in the third round of the 1968 NFL/AFL draft. He was later a twice head coach for the Raiders.
