Omkar Realtors is a company that was started by Babulal Varma in 2003. [1] They work in the construction and redevelopment industry. [3] Over the first 10 years, they redeveloped 2.5 million square feet of space in Mumbai. [5] [6] Some of the projects they have worked on include Omkar 1973, Omkar Vive, Sereno, and Omkar Alta Monte. [3] Their goal is to make Mumbai a slum-free city as soon as possible because it is one of the most crowded cities in the world, according to a UN report. [6]
