Pansy was a hamlet in Franklin County, Kansas, United States. [1] It was situated in the Appanoose Creek valley in the north-west of the county. [1]

It was issued a post office in 1898 but was discontinued in 1902. [2] It was served from Pomona post office, 7 miles (11 km) to the south-east with rural free delivery, by 1912; with the nearest railway station being Michigan 3 miles (4.8 km) to the south-west. [1]
